With our annual Christmas tree campaign, the ALS League wants to bring a ray of hope once again this year to everyone living with ALS. That’s why we invite you to join us in decorating a special virtual Christmas tree. Not just any Christmas tree, but one filled with warmth, love, memories, and above all, hope for a future without ALS.
How does it work?
Through our online fundraising platform, you can buy a virtual Christmas ornament and help decorate our Christmas tree. You choose an ornament yourself, add your name and a personal message if you’d like, or choose to remain anonymous. You can attach a personal message to each ornament. It will be featured on our ALS League Christmas card, which you can then easily share via your own social media channels. This way, you can not only honor someone, remember a loved one, or show your support, but also inspire others to join in! Each Christmas ornament will be displayed on our virtual Christmas tree and symbolizes your support and commitment.
Where does your donation go?
Every donation to our Christmas tree campaign goes directly to the ‘A Cure for ALS’-fund, helping to advance scientific research into ALS. Because despite all our efforts, there is still no cure for this relentless disease. That’s why we remain committed to research, in the hope that one day there will be a future without ALS. The platform shows how many Christmas ornaments have already found a place on the tree and how much we’ve raised together. This way, we can watch our Christmas tree grow and sparkle thanks to the solidarity of so many people.
