Throughout the process, you will encounter many files, appointments, reports, requests, prescriptions…
Nowadays, through the Internet and apps like mynexuzhealth and my disability, you can view a lot of data and records online. Most hospitals use an app application where you can find all medical information (reports, tests, etc.) and information from the hospital (appointments, invoices, etc.). If you are struggling with all these digital tools, be sure not to hesitate to ask for a paper version of the report every time you have an appointment somewhere and have all the info sent to your home address by post.
However, it can be useful to create an overview on your PC of where you store which documents, and/or save these documents on your PC. Or you work with a paper folder, in which you store the printed documents.
Here are some things that are useful to keep somewhere at hand so that you can find them quickly if needed:
- Contact information of doctors, therapists, caregivers, advisors, etc.
- An agenda containing all appointments.
